| Motivo da Emissão de Alerta | The concentrations of cadmium detected in the above-mentioned two samples were 0.235 mg/kg and 0.27 mg/kg respectively after applying the conversion factor of dried food, which exceeded limits stipulated in Macao Administrative Regulation No. 23/2018 “Limites máximos de metais pesados contaminantes em géneros alimentícios” (Maximum Limits of Heavy Metal Contaminants in Food). In addition, one of the samples (飛龍牌野生竹笙) contained sulphur dioxide at a level of 10,700 mg/kg, exceeding limits set in Macao Administrative Regulation No. 7/2019 “Normas relativas à utilização de conservantes e antioxidantes em géneros alimentícios” (Standard for Uses of Preservatives and Antioxidants in Foodstuffs). |
