Reasons for Issuing AlertThe Hong Kong Centre for Food Safety (CFS) announced that prepackaged purple yam noodle sample contained butylated hydroxytoluene at a level of 1040 parts per million, exceeding the Hong Kong’s legal limit of 200 parts per million.
