Applicants can apply for registration in any of the following methods (the registration service will be officially launched on 15 November 2021):
(1) In person: visit any of the Services Centres of IAM to register;
(2) Online Registration: the applicant can register online through the “My Government Account of Macao SAR” mobile application (APP) or enter this registration link.*

Documents for application
1.      Completed Application Form for “Registration System for Establishments of Takeaway Activities” together with a photocopy of the Business Tax New Registration/Amendment Form (Form M/1) issued by the Financial Services Bureau;
2.      Besides, the following documents are required:
(1)   If the applicant is an individual, a photocopy of the identification document of the signatory is required (with both sides of the identification document photocopied on the same page of an A4 sized paper);
(2)   If the applicant is a company, the valid Business Registration Certificate issued by the Commerce and Movable Property Registry and a photocopy of the identification document of the signatory are required;
(3)   If the applicant is an association or foundation, the Certificate of Existence of Registration Record of Established Association or Foundation in the Identification Services Bureau (DSI) and the Certificate of the Leadership Structure of Established Association or Foundation issued by DSI and a photocopy of the identification document of the signatory are required.
 
Deadline for registration
 
Takeaway shops that have not opened are required to complete the registration before commencement of business.
