The Administrative Regulation No. 30/2021 “Registration System for Establishments of Takeaway Activities” entered into force on 15th November 2021. Violation of this regulatory provision is punishable by a fine of MOP $5,000 to MOP $35,000. The persons who take in charge of takeaway shops or the third-party online food ordering platforms must clearly understand the legal requirements of this registration system and operate their businesses by law.
