Motivo da Emissão de Alerta根據香港食物安全中心發出的新聞公報,該中心檢出上述兩個鹹菜樣本防腐劑二氧化硫含量分別為百萬分之三百三十九和百萬分之三百零六。

The Hong Kong Centre for Food Safety (CFS) announced that the above two preserved leaf mustard samples contained preservative, sulphur dioxide at respective levels of 339 parts per million (ppm) and 306 ppm.
